What You’ll Do

This entry-level Medical Assistant role provides hands-on clinical exposure in a specialty outpatient clinic and is ideal for pre-med, pre-PA, or pre-nursing candidates seeking patient-facing experience prior to graduate programs.

• Support patients from check-in through check-out to ensure a smooth visit
• Room patients and record vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information
• Scribe physician visits and accurately document assessments and treatment plans in the EMR
• Present patient information and updates to providers before appointments
• Assist with orders, referrals, follow-up appointments, and basic care coordination
• Help maintain a positive, efficient patient experience during each visit
• Collaborate closely with physicians, providers, and clinical staff in a specialty clinic setting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science, health, or pre-med related field
• Plans to pursue higher education within healthcare (medical school, PA school, nursing school, etc.) within the next few years
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and professionalism
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Willingness to commit to the role for at least 18–24 months
• Reliable transportation to support occasional travel between clinic locations (Westminster and Golden)

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $18.00 / hour (range: $18.00 - $18.00/hr)
• Individual pay within the posted range will depend on qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors
