Position Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Marketing Specialist in Fountainebleau, FL. This is an early-career role for a motivated candidate who wants hands-on experience across campaign execution, market research, social media, and content support. You will work with a small, collaborative marketing team to help plan and deliver integrated marketing activities and measure results.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across channels (social, email, web and local promotions).
- Conduct market research to identify audience segments, trends, and new opportunities.
- Support content creation and scheduling for social media platforms and website updates.
- Help coordinate marketing materials and promotional events with internal teams and vendors.
- Track campaign performance, prepare summary reports, and provide insights to improve ROI.
- Participate in team planning and contribute creative ideas to campaigns.
Qualifications
Confidential Client seeks candidates who can demonstrate strong communication, organization, and a learning mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and comfort using digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, collaborate in a team environment, and meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn and grow through hands-on work and mentorship.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: USD 16.00 – USD 27.00 per hour.
