What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Marketing Specialist to support daily marketing activities and gain hands-on experience across digital, content and social channels. This is an entry-level, full-time role based in Columbus, AR.
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social channels.
- Produce engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Support market research to identify customer trends, competitor activity, and audience insights.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Excel and Google Analytics; prepare concise reports and recommendations.
- Coordinate simple creative requests with internal teams or external vendors as directed.
- Help maintain content calendars, asset libraries, and campaign documentation.
What We’re Looking For
Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent coursework/experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and campaign measurement.
- Ability to analyze data and create clear, data-informed summaries (Excel, Google Analytics experience preferred).
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Location
- Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Location: Columbus, AR — work performed primarily on-site at the client’s local office (based in Columbus, AR).
