What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Marketing & Sales Rep to support marketing and field sales activity. This is an entry-level role with structured training and clear advancement paths — ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in PR, advertising, and marketing while working toward sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation
• Engage with customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teammates to plan and execute campaigns
• Track and analyze campaign and outreach performance; prepare simple reports and insight summaries
• Support the coordination and staffing of promotional events and community outreach activities
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on leads to move prospects through the pipeline

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
