Role Overview

Confidential Client (via Careertakes) is hiring an entry-level Marketing & Sales team member based in Manhattan, NY. This full-time role is ideal for a proactive, fast-learning candidate interested in B2B marketing, event representation, and a rapid path into people-leadership. Paid training is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Support B2B marketing and sales campaigns across channels (email, outreach, events)
• Represent clients at industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities in Manhattan
• Communicate professionally with customers, partners, and business stakeholders
• Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when needed
• Track campaign KPIs and enter data into tracking systems
• Assist with onboarding and informal training of new team members as the team grows
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–2 years total experience in sales, recruiting, marketing, or customer service (internships and volunteer work count)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Solid time-management and multitasking ability
• Familiarity with KPI or tracking systems is a plus
• Interest in growing into a leadership role within 6 months

• Experience with B2B outreach or account-based marketing
• Prior event staffing or promotional experience
• Basic familiarity with CRM or analytics tools
