Role Overview
Confidential Client (Sales) is hiring an Entry Level Marketing & Sales Associate based in Middle West, PA. This full-time role is ideal for a proactive, customer-focused candidate who wants hands-on experience in both marketing campaign execution and direct sales. The role includes in-person customer meetings at retail locations, supporting sales targets, and contributing insights to marketing strategies. Weekly compensation: $800–$1,200 (see Details).
What You’ll Do
- Assist in executing marketing and sales campaigns to drive client and customer engagement.
- Meet with customers in retail locations to present products and services and close sales.
- Perform proactive outreach to help the sales team achieve weekly and monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve loyalty and retention.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity and report actionable insights to the team.
- Collaborate with teammates to support campaign setup, tracking, and follow-up.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
- Previous sales or marketing experience is a plus but not required.
