Position summary
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry-Level Marketing professional for a fast-growing marketing team based in Nashville, TN. This is an entry-level Marketing Assistant–style role with clear advancement potential: selected candidates will receive paid training, a base salary, and the opportunity to earn bonuses and benefits after a 90-day period. The role requires in-person availability in Nashville and occasional travel for networking events.
What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is building high-performing marketing teams and needs motivated, coachable associates who want to grow quickly into leadership roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Deliver and execute marketing presentations on behalf of clients
- Provide daily feedback to your team lead and weekly KPI reports to the account manager
- Manage client site relationships and act as a client-facing representative
- Lead monthly presentations to track team progress
- Conduct market research and prep materials before new events
- Recommend new revenue opportunities and support client initiatives
- Travel for networking and client events every 2–3 months
