What You’ll Do

This entry-level role is a hands-on opportunity to support marketing operations across digital and offline channels while learning from experienced marketing professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, email, web).
  • Create and edit marketing materials: presentations, brochures, newsletters, and web copy.
  • Manage and update social media profiles and website content.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet project timelines.
  • Support event logistics (setup, guest assistance, on-site tasks) when needed.
  • Track simple campaign metrics and prepare basic performance summaries.

Who We’re Looking For

A motivated early-career marketer who is organized, communicative, and ready to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Comfortable standing and assisting with physical tasks during events.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with customers and partners.
  • Ability to follow directions, work independently, and collaborate as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to Have (but not required)

  • Coursework or internship experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with content tools (simple CMS editing) or scheduling tools for social media.
  • Basic data organization or experience preparing simple reports.
