Role Overview
Confidential Client is seeking an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to support both marketing and sales efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in retail and direct marketing while helping drive lead generation and customer growth. You’ll work on product launches, promotional events, brand representation, and direct consumer outreach.
What You’ll Do
- Engage face-to-face daily with potential customers in retail settings and educate them on current promotions
- Provide excellent customer service for existing clientele
- Represent the brand through direct marketing campaigns and in-store promotions
- Act as a point person for consumer relations and follow up on inquiries
- Generate leads and support sales activity to help increase revenue
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively on a team
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours and be customer-facing
Compensation & Schedule
- Estimated base pay: $42,375 per year (estimated)
- Guaranteed base salary plus uncapped performance pay
- Paid training provided
- Schedule may include retail/field hours; flexibility required
