Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities across channels
• Conduct market research and compile insights on competitors and trends
• Support event marketing and community outreach initiatives (planning, logistics, onsite support)
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, operations) to support campaign execution
• Maintain marketing records, reports, and project documentation
• Help organize promotional events and company activities, including vendor coordination
• Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and reliable for on-site work in Charlotte, NC
