Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Manager in Windsor, CT. What You’ll Do
- Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates
- Manage employees through their lifecycle (performance, engagement, retention)
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified talent
- Submit candidates and manage the hiring process end-to-end
- Provide high-level customer service to clients and employees
- Support daily branch operations and drive measurable results
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Demonstrated ownership mentality and natural leadership potential
- Ability to work autonomously while remaining accountable

Growth Path (Performance-Based)

Compensation & Benefits
