Confidential Client (via Careertakes) is hiring an Entry Level Manager in Westchester, IL. This is a full-time, hourly/salaried entry-level management trainee role with paid training, weekly base pay, a gas stipend for work travel, and uncapped performance bonuses. Estimated annual pay: $53,766 (estimated). Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Westchester, IL office for training and daily operations.
What You’ll Do
- Represent client campaigns through face-to-face customer interactions in the field
- Develop hands-on experience in sales, customer acquisition, and customer engagement
- Learn and apply effective communication, presentation, and consultative sales techniques
- Work toward individual and team sales and performance goals
- Receive one-on-one coaching and hands-on mentorship from experienced leaders
- Learn business operations, performance tracking, and basic leadership responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding and coaching new team members as you grow into leadership duties
- Track performance metrics and contribute to overall campaign success
- Progress through a structured development path toward supervisory and management roles
