What You’ll Do
This Entry-Level Management Trainee role in Boise, ID is a structured, hands-on program designed to develop future leaders. You’ll rotate through key business functions, work alongside experienced managers, and take on progressively greater responsibility with a clear path to supervision or management.
- Participate in an intensive leadership training program covering sales, marketing, customer service, and operations
- Support day-to-day operations including sales coordination and customer relations
- Lead small projects that build decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with management to execute business strategies and hit KPIs
- Review and analyze sales reports and performance data to identify growth opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service to promote brand awareness and retention
- Assume expanded responsibilities over time toward a management role
Key Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams during rotational assignments
- Drive initiatives that improve customer experience and operational efficiency
- Track performance metrics and prepare concise summaries for supervisors
- Coach and motivate peers in customer-facing and operational tasks
- Maintain organized records and follow established processes and policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred but not required
- Demonstrated leadership potential and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or varying shifts when required
- Eagerness to learn and a commitment to continuous improvement
Preferred
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in sales, operations, or customer service
- Basic familiarity with sales reporting, KPIs, or CRM tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead small teams or projects
Compensation & Schedule
- Estimated pay: $56,974 per year (estimated)
- Employment type: Full-time; Internship opportunities may be available depending on program track
