Position Overview

This is an entry-level, full-time, temp-to-hire Logistics Coordinator role based near the SeaTac Airport (SeaTac, WA). The Confidential Client is a global freight forwarding operation expanding their operations team. Ideal candidates are recent graduates or have 1–2 years of experience, strong Excel/data-entry skills, and a background in Business Administration, International Business, or Supply Chain Management.

Estimated pay: $79,250 per year (estimated).

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and process required documentation for international shipments (air & ocean)
• Track incoming air and ocean cargo (domestic/international)
• Support operations staff across global logistics tasks and workflow
• Communicate with clients and provide shipment status updates and follow-ups
• Analyze transport costs and prepare quotes for invoicing
• Troubleshoot issues related to transportation, imports, and customer inquiries
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications

• Recent bachelor’s graduate or 1–2 years of relevant experience (this role is entry-level; candidates with 3+ years are not a fit)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field (Associate degree acceptable)
• Strong Excel skills and accurate data-entry ability
• Proficient with MS Office (email, Word, spreadsheets)
• Comfortable working with numbers and handling routine cost analyses
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible and able to perform in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Authorized to work in the United States (employment eligibility verification required)
