Role overview

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Loan Officer (ACES Lending Officer) in Royal Oak, AR. This is an entry-level, full-time inside-sales role designed to train you for the NMLS exam and a career as a licensed Lending Officer. The program includes paid training, coaching from experienced sales leadership, company-provided leads, and a performance-based bonus structure once licensed.


What you’ll do

  • Complete an intensive training program to prepare for the SAFE/NMLS exams and learn the full loan life cycle (mortgages and HELOCs).
  • Conduct high-volume phone-based outreach and customer presentations.
  • Qualify leads, identify lending opportunities, and follow prospects through initial application steps.
  • Use CRM and loan-processing software to manage pipeline and documentation.
  • Collaborate with trainers and sales leaders to meet productivity and quality targets.
  • Maintain ethical standards and compliance with lending regulations.
  • Transition to a Licensed Lending Officer role after successful licensing and training completion.

Who we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of demonstrated sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals (call-center or inside sales experience strongly preferred).
  • Comfortable with phone-based sales and virtual customer presentations.
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn CRM/loan-processing systems quickly.
  • Strong time-management, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Coachable, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Willing and able to pass the NMLS exam and meet state/national licensing requirements.
  • Must be able to commute to Royal Oak, AR full-time.
  • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred but not required.

Compensation & benefits

  • Training pay: $15.00 per hour during the ACES training program.
  • Estimated annual compensation (post-training, licensed role): approximately $75,411 per year (estimate; actual pay varies by production and bonus).
  • Monthly per-origination incentives while licensed; licensed Lending Officer pay moves to hourly minimum + performance bonuses based on fundings.

  • Company-provided leads — you won’t need to purchase your own referrals.
