What You’ll Do

This entry-level Life Sciences Manufacturing Systems Engineer role places you in a graduate training program supporting manufacturing technology projects across the life sciences industry. As part of Confidential Client’s team you will:

  • Assist with commissioning, validation, and support of manufacturing automation and control systems (PLC/SCADA).
  • Support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), data historian, and data integration tasks.
  • Help collect, validate, and analyze manufacturing data to support process improvement and analytics.
  • Participate in classroom and hands-on training sessions as part of the global graduate program.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, operations, IT) to implement technology solutions that meet good manufacturing practice (GMP) standards.
  • Document technical work, create test plans and reports, and support regulatory/compliance readiness activities.

Qualifications

We’re looking for recent graduates or graduating students who are passionate about automation, data, and manufacturing systems. Required/desired qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, Computer/Software Engineering, Applied Physics, or a closely related field.
  • Interest in manufacturing automation, process control, MES, and data analytics.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn technical and business aspects of life sciences manufacturing.
  • Experience in a regulated environment or pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus but not required.
  • Note: Confidential Client cannot sponsor U.S. work authorization for this role (including CPT/OPT).

Location & Start Dates

  • Location: Tarrytown, TX — candidates should be willing to relocate when assigned to an office or client site.
  • Start windows: May and July 2026. Exact start dates will be confirmed with sufficient notice.

Compensation

  • Annual salary: $65,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).
  • This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program subject to plan terms.
