What You’ll Do
- Assist with planning, design and permitting for landscape architecture, land development and infrastructure projects using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator and related tools.
- Prepare and revise design documents, reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules and cost estimates.
- Perform zoning, ordinance and permit assessments and contribute to feasibility analyses.
- Evaluate soil composition, terrain, hydrology and topographic/geologic data and incorporate findings into design recommendations.
- Support field inspection and site visit activities as needed.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams and follow direction from senior designers and engineers.
- Perform other project-related duties to support timely, on-budget delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
- 0–2 years of related professional experience (entry-level).
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and AutoCAD; familiarity with Civil 3D is a plus.
- Passion for design excellence and urban landscape solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication, teamwork and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites; reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Portfolio of work samples required with application.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $68,250 - $93,000 USD (annual).
- Full-time benefits package may include company-paid medical, dental and vision; life and disability insurance; 401(k)/Roth with company match; paid time off (vacation, sick, holidays); parental and military leave; education reimbursement; and other employee programs.
- Final compensation will be determined by the confidential client based on experience, location and qualifications and in compliance with applicable pay transparency laws.
