What You’ll Do

• Contribute to Java applications using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and integrations.
• Participate in full-stack tasks when required (front-end basics and API integration).
• Write clean, testable code and support unit/integration testing.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.
• Apply basic cloud/DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, container usage) and learn platform tools as needed.
• For Data-focused roles: analyze datasets, prepare ETL processes, build basic ML models or dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Prepare for client interviews with guided practice and real-world question sets.

What We’re Looking For

Required (or quickly learnable) skills and attributes:

• Solid fundamentals in Java (OOP, collections, concurrency basics).
• Familiarity with Spring / Spring Boot.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and relational databases (SQL).
