What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring entry-level candidates for long-term, onsite contract roles supporting investment banking operations in Highland Park, TX. You will join teams that support collateralized lending and other asset-secured lending products across Global Banking Markets. Typical responsibilities include:
- Assist with loan product setup, servicing, and closing processes.
- Support Front Office engagement by responding to client and trader inquiries.
- Review loan documentation and maintain accurate loan product records.
- Monitor financial covenants, manage exceptions, and escalate issues to reduce operational risk.
- Prepare regulatory and internal reporting related to loan transactions.
- Support KYC and onboarding tasks when needed.
- Collaborate with sales/trading, asset management, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth trade processing.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate with internship or work experience in financial services and a strong interest in loan operations or middle-office functions.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Fundamental knowledge of loan operations is strongly preferred.
- Experience or familiarity with middle office, loan servicing, or loan product setup.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas).
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Adobe products.
- Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Highland Park, TX for long-term contract engagements.
Compensation & Work Location
- Estimated salary: $73,073 per year (estimated).
- Work location: Onsite in Highland Park, TX (long-term contract roles supporting a major investment banking team).
