About the Role
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Professional to join a fast-paced, customer-first insurance office in Fox Lake, IL. This is a full-time, in-office or hybrid opportunity with paid training, licensing support, and a competitive base + commission compensation plan. This role is ideal for recent graduates, former athletes, or highly motivated individuals who are coachable and driven to build a long-term sales career in insurance.
What You’ll Do
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up
- Assist clients with policy questions, payments, and coverage recommendations
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand client coverage
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to offer additional services and schedule appointments
- Manage client records across CRM and agency systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Contribute to team sales goals and participate in coaching and development activities
Qualifications
- Entry-level candidates encouraged; former athletes and highly competitive, team-oriented individuals welcome
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred but not required
- Illinois Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain the license (licensing support provided)
- Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills
- Competitive drive, coachable attitude, and a growth mindset
- Reliable commuting to the Fox Lake, IL office; hybrid part-time schedules may be available
- Authorized to work in the United States
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $85,000 – $125,000 per year (annual base + commission + bonus potential)
- Paid training and licensing support (Illinois P&C)
