What You’ll Do
- Learn the insurance sales business through hands-on and classroom training and mentorship.
- Meet with individuals, families, and local businesses to assess needs and offer tailored supplemental health insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; follow up and manage renewals.
- Use Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and document client interactions.
- Manage your own territory and schedule with support from a high-performing team.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-person client meetings.
- Active Health & Life Insurance license OR willingness to obtain one (study materials and state fees provided).
- Bachelor’s degree OR 4+ years of professional experience (relevant sales, leadership, or athletic experience considered).
- Strong communication skills, resilience, coachability, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor (self-employed), on a commission-first compensation plan.
Compensation & Growth
- 1099 independent contractor role (self-employed; not a W-2 position).
- 100% commission-based compensation with uncapped earnings.

Working Location & Requirements
- Location: Riverview, FL (local, client-facing role).
- This role requires travel to meet clients locally — reliable transportation and a driver’s license are required.
- Licensing support is provided for candidates who need to obtain Health & Life Insurance credentials.
- Final offer contingent on background check and any required state licensing.
