What You’ll Do

You will manage day-to-day execution of commercial HVAC projects from kickoff through closeout, supporting profitable delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Typical responsibilities include:

• Manage subcontractors, qualify trade-subcontractor proposals, and oversee work performance
• Negotiate contracts and manage change orders
• Oversee vendor purchase orders, equipment tracking, and material logistics
• Create and maintain project schedules; coordinate multiple disciplines on-site
• Prepare closeout documentation, review punch lists, and support project owner requests
• Lead job meetings, manage day-to-day correspondence, and support project team communications
• Follow established management processes and safety procedures to ensure high-quality delivery
• Use a proactive, team-oriented approach and continuously seek opportunities to learn and improve

What We’re Looking For

We seek entry-level to early-career candidates who demonstrate strong project aptitude and a willingness to grow in HVAC project management:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field (required)
• Recent graduates, interns, co-op, or project-based experience are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of commercial HVAC systems and construction processes (preferred)
• Strong logistics, communication, and time-management skills
• Professional image and client-facing demeanor
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work effectively with multiple trades and disciplines
• Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work on a team
