What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Healthcare Recruiter to join their HR & Recruitment team in West Indianapolis, IN. This is a full‑time role focused on building candidate pipelines and managing the recruiting lifecycle for healthcare and related professional roles.
- Utilize your network and actively source new candidates using referrals, social media, job boards, and events
- Conduct phone and video screens, interviews, and candidate assessments to evaluate fit
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to understand career goals and availability
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offers
- Coach candidates through resume development, interview prep, and offer negotiation
- Maintain accurate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) for every candidate activity
- Keep current on market trends, compliance, and healthcare staffing regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently and within a team in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and basic productivity tools (email, calendar, spreadsheets)
- Positive, resilient attitude with a drive to learn and grow in recruitment

- Estimated base pay: $77,626 per year (estimated)
