Entry Level Healthcare Recruiter
The Entry Level Healthcare Recruiter at Confidential Client is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals by building strong candidate and client relationships. This role partners closely with sales teams to meet client hiring needs and provides coaching and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process. What You’ll Do
As an Entry Level Healthcare Recruiter, you will identify, engage, and place healthcare professionals into roles that support our client’s clinical and operational needs. You’ll work closely with sales and operations teams to deliver an outstanding experience to candidates and clients.
- Build and grow a network of healthcare professionals through sourcing, networking, and relationship-building
- Partner with sales to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates via phone, video, and in-person conversations
- Match candidates to opportunities that align with their skills and career goals
- Coach candidates on resumes, interview preparation, and offer negotiation
- Present qualified candidates to clients and manage communication through the hiring lifecycle
- Support onboarding and provide ongoing consultant care during assignments
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Meet and exceed recruiting activity and placement goals
