What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is seeking an Entry Level Healthcare IT Analyst to join their early-career training program and support clinical and operational systems. This is an entry-level role designed for recent graduates who want hands-on Healthcare IT experience and career growth.
- Support the design, configuration, testing, validation, documentation, and ongoing support of healthcare applications.
- Implement, administer, and support assigned systems under guidance from senior team members.
- Learn clinical workflows, ancillary systems, and health system operations to help tailor technical solutions to end users.
- Analyze and document user requirements, processes, and issues to improve or automate workflows.
- Create and maintain workflow documentation, training materials, change logs, and status reports.
- Develop and follow system design and testing procedures and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot system issues, review performance indicators, and escalate complex problems for timely resolution.
- Coordinate small projects and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to complete assignments.
- Provide technical and functional support for systems that may include Electronic Health Records (Epic, Cerner), ERP systems (Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, UKG), ITSM platforms (ServiceNow), analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI), and cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent recent graduate).
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (this role is not open to H-1B, F-1 OPT/STEM, H-4 EAD or similar visa sponsorship candidates).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional interpersonal skills and the ability to exercise tact.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Self-starter with high initiative and a results-focused mindset.
- Ability to solve complex problems and handle conflict resolution in a timely manner.
- Internships, capstone or research projects in healthcare or related fields are strongly preferred.
- Comfort working with data in different formats (CSV, Excel, SQL extracts, analytics dashboards).
- Ability to travel if required during the training program.

Location, Compensation & Additional Info
- Location: Baton Rouge, LA (on-site or as described in the hiring notice).
- Estimated pay (from source data): $99,851 per year — provided as an estimate.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to participate in training that may require travel.
