The Entry-Level Graphic Designer will support the marketing team by creating compelling visual content for print and digital media within an architectural and engineering firm. What You’ll Do
Join the marketing team supporting a confidential client (an architectural and engineering firm) to produce high-quality print and digital design work. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or designers with internship/freelance experience who want hands-on experience across marketing collateral, proposals, and digital channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design brochures, flyers, newsletters, proposals, and presentation layouts
- Create social media graphics, website banners, and email marketing visuals
- Build and maintain brand-consistent design templates (resumes, project cutsheets, proposals)
- Prepare print-ready files and work with vendors to meet production specifications
- Edit and enhance images, renderings, and architectural graphics
- Assist with layout design for proposal books, booklets, and large-format presentations
- Organize and maintain a digital asset library (stock photos, icons, layered design files)
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and iterate on designs to meet project goals
- Stay current with design trends and recommend fresh, practical visual ideas
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong attention to typography, color, composition, and detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a team environment
- Clear written and verbal communication to gather requirements and present concepts
- Basic understanding of both print and digital design workflows
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work (school, internships, freelance, or personal projects)
Preferred (but not required)
- Familiarity with video editing / motion graphics (Adobe Premiere, After Effects)
- Experience with website design or WordPress

This role is based in South Bend, IN. Candidates in nearby Fort Wayne, IN may also be considered depending on business needs.
