What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an Entry-Level Full-Stack Engineer to help design, build, and operate modern web and cloud-native systems that incorporate machine learning capabilities. You will work with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver scalable solutions that support mission-critical work.

• Architect and develop full-stack web applications using Java, Spring, and Python
• Build, maintain, and document backend services and RESTful APIs
• Design and deploy cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines on AWS
• Integrate machine learning / AI components into production applications
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and track work in JIRA
• Perform requirements analysis and translate product needs into technical designs

Qualifications

• Technical bachelor’s degree OR equivalent practical experience
• 0+ years professional software development experience (entry-level candidates encouraged)
• Hands-on experience or coursework with:
  • Java and Spring framework
  • Python for backend or ML integration
  • AWS services and cloud deployments
  • REST APIs and microservice patterns
• Familiarity with Agile processes and JIRA
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn rapidly

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $156,000 per year (listed as total compensation ~$156k+; final offer subject to role and experience)

Security Clearance Requirement

Applicants must already possess an active Top Secret / SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (TS/SCI-FS Poly). Candidates without the required clearance will not be considered.
