What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring entry-level Foodservice Sales Representatives to join area teams calling on foodservice distributors and operators. In this role you will:

  • Build distributor and operator relationships to increase product distribution and usage
  • Present new product ideas, menu/usage suggestions, and merchandising solutions to operators
  • Educate distributor sales teams on why they should sell Confidential Client products
  • Execute local marketing and merchandising strategies to grow sales
  • Track activity, manage simple business plans, and report results to your area team

Training & Career Path

Confidential Client provides a structured development program designed for new sales hires:

  • 8–12 months of blended training (office + market) with hands-on sales calls
  • Four in-person seminar sessions during the first 15 months covering product, strategic sales, facility tours, and professional development
  • Online modules, mentor-guided field coaching, and team-based onboarding
  • Clear advancement paths: Territory Manager → Account Executive → Senior Account Executive and potential transition into sales leadership, marketing, or corporate roles
  • Relocation is commonly required for promotions; mobility improves advancement opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Professional Selling, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Hospitality, Hotel/Restaurant Management, or related field; 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer; candidates must NOT require future employer visa sponsorship
  • Comfortable with the handling/preparation and (in some training contexts) consumption of various food products (may include pork, beef, chicken, peanuts)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive for extended periods; willingness to travel within assigned territory
  • Open to relocation as needed to support career growth

  • Competitive weekly pay of $1,325 (equivalent to $68,900/year)
