What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an Entry Level Flex Analyst to support program planning and scheduling within their business management organization. In this role you will:

• Support Program Leadership to develop, maintain, and integrate project and program schedules across functions (finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, quality)
• Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, and identify and resolve critical-path and logic conflicts
• Use Gantt charts, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management (EVM) and other PM techniques to measure progress and flag performance variances
• Prepare schedule analyses, status reports, and briefings for leadership and stakeholders
• Assist with schedule baseline updates, corrective action recommendations, and interfacing with cross-functional teams to implement schedule recovery
• Contribute to process improvements and apply tools (Deltek Acumen Risk, Microsoft Project, Excel Macros/VBA) to increase schedule fidelity

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field plus 2 years’ relevant experience — OR — Master’s degree with entry-level experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Microsoft Project
• Excel Macro/VBA skills
• Experience with Deltek Acumen Risk or similar scheduling/risk tools
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Able to work a hybrid schedule in Palmdale, CA
• Willingness/ability to travel (~10%)
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Course work or internship experience in program planning, scheduling, or earned value management
• Familiarity with earned value management practices and schedule risk analysis
• Prior experience supporting cross-functional program teams in a technical or aerospace environment
• Attention to detail and the ability to produce clear, concise schedule documentation and presentations

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated salary: $91,669 per year (estimated)
