Role Overview

Confidential Client is seeking an Entry Level Financial Representative based in Oildale, CA. This is an entry-level, full-time, client-facing role focused on building long-term client relationships, delivering tailored financial planning and insurance solutions, and growing a local book of business. Hybrid and remote work flexibility are offered for qualified candidates, with an expectation to be in a local office or regional hub multiple days per week.


What You’ll Do

  • Engage prospective clients to understand financial goals, concerns, and priorities.
  • Develop personalized financial plans that may include investments, insurance, and retirement strategies.
  • Recommend and implement insurance and protection strategies to safeguard clients’ income and assets.
  • Provide ongoing support, periodic plan reviews, and adjustments as clients’ needs change.
  • Build and maintain a network through referrals, community outreach, and professional relationships.
  • Use CRM tools and firm-provided marketing resources to track prospects and measure progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience in financial services, insurance, sales, or business development is helpful but not mandatory — training is provided.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable presenting to individuals and small groups.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to synthesize client information into clear recommendations.
  • Willingness to obtain required securities and insurance licenses (e.g., Series 6, Series 63, state insurance licenses). Training and sponsorship for licensure are available.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and committed to professional growth.

Location & Schedule

  • Primary location: Oildale, CA. This listing uses Oildale, CA as the authoritative work location.
  • Role supports hybrid and remote work arrangements for qualified candidates in the region. The program expects in-person attendance at a local office or hub at least three days per week for most representatives.
  • Some travel within the region for client meetings and community events may be required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated salary (for this posting): $99,373 per year — estimated. Actual compensation will vary based on production, experience, and licensure.
  • Income potential: opportunity to earn $150,000+ in your first year (dependent on performance and production).
