Role Overview

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Financial Professional for a full-time, on-site role in Osbornville, NJ (Wall Township area). This is an entry-level wealth-management track with structured licensing support, hands-on training, and a mix of stable pay plus commissions and bonuses. Ideal for values-driven candidates who want client-facing work, licensing sponsorship, and a clear path to professional growth.

What You’ll Do

• Build and nurture client relationships through networking, meetings, and ongoing communication
• Assess client objectives and risk tolerance to create personalized financial strategies
• Present financial products and services that match each client’s goals
• Prospect and grow a client pipeline through referrals and local outreach
• Track client progress, maintain accurate records, and follow compliance requirements
• Collaborate with senior advisors and participate in joint-client work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills / work experience
• Willingness to pursue licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; self-motivated and coachable
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to positively impact clients’ financial lives
• Ability to work on-site in Osbornville, NJ and authorized to work in the United States

• FINRA sponsorship provided for required FINRA licensing
• 120-day Preliminary Employment Period (PEP) with hands-on training

Compensation & Benefits

• Sign-on payment: $250–$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement (based on successful completion timeline)
• Stable pay during early career: $33,400 annually (biweekly pay structure available for up to 24 months while you build your practice)
• Eligible to earn commissions and bonuses in addition to stable pay
• Benefits (subject to eligibility and plan terms): health, dental, vision, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), disability, life insurance, and Transportation Reimbursement Incentive Program (TRIP)
