Compensation & Benefits
This is a commission-based, entry-level Financial Planner role with structured support for new advisors, including training allowances, bonuses, expense support, licensing incentives, and multiple compensation programs.

What You’ll Do
As an Entry‑Level Financial Planner you will work directly with clients to understand their financial situations and deliver tailored advice to help them meet short- and long-term goals.
- Consider clients’ life stage, professional circumstances, and changing financial needs when developing tailored financial plans
- Assess cash flow, income, assets, liabilities, and financial goals to build and recommend plans
- Make strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations aligned with client objectives
- Identify and secure new clients through prospecting and relationship-building
- Participate in training and development to grow technical skills and professional credentials
- Deliver excellent client service and maintain accurate records in CRM and planning tools
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related analytical field required
- Baseline knowledge of financial concepts and financial products preferred
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, Google Suite; CRM and financial planning software experience is a plus
- FINRA Series 7 and 63/66 preferred but not required; licensing support is available
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and math skills with a client-service orientation
- Demonstrated organization and the ability to manage a growing client pipeline
