What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Financial Analyst to join an FP&A team supporting engineering and infrastructure projects. This Williams Grv, PA role is hybrid (minimum 3 days on-site) and focuses on learning the business drivers while supporting core financial processes.

• Support senior analysts during ERP data extraction, validation, and system conversion activities
• Prepare monthly report templates and update standardized dashboards for management review
• Maintain data integrity to ensure consistent reporting across business units
• Help automate reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
• Build and maintain financial and data models to support annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasts, project/resource planning, and long‑term initiatives
• Perform basic variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget) for assigned departments or projects
• Troubleshoot discrepancies between project accounting and the general ledger
• Provide support during budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the FP&A team

Who We’re Looking For

Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow in financial planning and analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• 0–3 years of accounting or financial analysis experience (internships and coursework welcome)
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn Power BI
• High proficiency with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic pivot tables, data formatting)
• Strong attention to data accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Intellectual curiosity, problem‑solving skills, and effective written/verbal communication

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 (dependent on experience and geographic location)
