Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry-Level Financial Analyst in Boston, MA. This is a hands-on finance role for a candidate who enjoys numbers, wants to develop strong analytical and reporting skills, and can communicate financial findings clearly to leadership. This position is full-time and based in Boston, MA.
What You’ll Do
- Support financial analysis across client accounts, including mapping and analyzing quantitative data
- Prepare management reports and present findings to internal teams and client executives
- Manage cash flow and day-to-day financial issues
- Monitor performance, profitability, and budget variances
- Maintain and develop spreadsheets, databases, and project schedules
- Take on additional duties as needed to support project implementation and client needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Business Administration
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency with MS Word and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to leadership
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Eagerness to learn: develop budgeting, project management, and analytical capabilities
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and collaborative mindset
- Must be able to start within 2–3 weeks of offer
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $51,000 - $56,000 per year (as provided)
- Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k)
