What You’ll Do
This entry-level Financial Advisor role is an in-office, client-facing position focused on building relationships and supporting clients’ financial goals. You will be part of a team that helps individuals and families with financial planning, product recommendations, and portfolio oversight.
- Build and nurture client relationships through networking, outreach, and scheduled reviews
- Assess clients’ financial objectives and risk tolerance to develop personalized strategies
- Present financial products and service recommendations that align with client goals
- Track client progress and maintain clear, consistent communication and documentation
- Collaborate with experienced advisors and attend joint meetings to learn best practices
- Maintain required licensing and compliance documentation as sponsored by the employer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to obtain and maintain required licenses (State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66) — sponsorship provided where indicated
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confidence in client conversations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a values-driven approach to client service
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior team members and mentors
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Training & Development
- FINRA sponsorship for required licensing when applicable
- Comprehensive 120-day Preliminary Employment Period (PEP) hands-on training
- Access to virtual and in-person training resources and mentorship from local leadership
- Ongoing learning opportunities including leadership development programs and support for professional designations (e.g., CFP®, ChFC)
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated annual pay (market estimate): $75,584 per year
- Sign-on payment eligibility: $250–$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement and meeting licensing milestones
- Stable pay during training: eligibility for biweekly stable pay up to the first 24 months (example shown: $33,400 annually during structured stable-pay phase)
- Opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses in addition to stable pay
- Benefits (subject to program terms): medical, dental, vision, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), disability and life insurance, and other voluntary programs
