This is an entry-level training and internship pathway designed to give motivated candidates practical finance, customer experience, and sales skills while providing hands-on placement support. The program combines classroom training with an internship placement and a weekly educational stipend during the internship phase.

What You’ll Do

• Learn core financial products, services, and regulatory basics through instructor-led training.
• Develop a customer-centric mindset for banking, insurance, and claims-related customer experience roles.
• Complete a structured internship where you’ll apply technical and professional skills on live projects.
• Build professional communication, interviewing, networking, and resume skills.
• Work Monday–Friday during classroom and internship phases as scheduled by the program.
• Gain exposure to sales operations, product support, and advisory workflows to support career growth.

Who we’re looking for

• High school diploma or GED recipient (no bachelor's degree required).
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday–Friday for the duration of the program.
• Strong motivation to learn technical finance and professional soft skills.
• Comfortable working in a structured training + internship program.
• May be asked to complete additional screening questions during application.

Compensation & Program Details

• Estimated annual compensation for roles sourced from this program: $41,470 per year (estimated).
• Internship educational stipend during the internship phase: $525 per week.
• Confidential Client reports that program graduates have an average starting salary of approximately $55,000 per year (alumni metric).
• Employment type: Contract and/or Full-time placements may be available depending on the internship and employer placement.
