Position overview

This is an entry-level Financial Advisor opportunity based in Wexford, PA. The role is part of a structured training program that combines classroom learning, hands-on internships, and placement support aimed at launching a career in finance, customer experience, or sales. During the internship phase participants earn an educational stipend; placements after program completion typically move into paid roles with an estimated annual compensation shown below.


What You’ll Do

  • Participate in a focused training curriculum covering finance fundamentals, customer experience, and professional skills
  • Learn banking, customer success, and insurance operations concepts through classroom instruction and experiential projects
  • Complete an internship placement with a Confidential Client partner in Pittsburgh to apply skills on real business problems
  • Shadow and support Financial Advisors and sales or operations teams; assist with client communications and account support
  • Build interviewing, resume, and networking skills with ongoing coaching and placement support
  • Attend Monday–Friday training and internship activities as scheduled

Who we’re looking for

  • High school graduate or GED recipient (no bachelor’s degree required)
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Available Monday–Friday for the program duration
  • Highly motivated to learn, coachable, and comfortable in client-facing or team settings
  • Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy (email, web, MS Office or similar)
  • Commitment to a structured training program and internship experience

Preferred / helpful experience

  • Any customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus
  • Interest in finance, banking, insurance, or client relationship work
  • Comfortable working toward measurable goals and receiving regular feedback

Training, Compensation & Schedule

  • Program type: structured training + internship; employment type may be CONTRACTOR and/or FULL_TIME depending on placement
  • Internship stipend during the internship phase: $525 per week (as stated in program materials)
  • Estimated annual starting compensation for employed graduates (illustrative): $49,326 per year — provided as an estimate from program data
  • Schedule: primarily Monday–Friday during the training and internship phases
  • Location: training in/near Wexford, PA; internship placement with a Confidential Client partner in Pittsburgh
