Confidential Client is hiring an Entry-Level Financial Advisor in Riverton, UT. This entry-level, full-time role combines structured training, comprehensive support, and a commission-driven compensation plan with uncapped earning potential. The ideal candidate is client-focused, coachable, and eager to build a long-term advisory practice helping families and individuals reach their financial goals.


What you’ll do

As an Entry-Level Financial Advisor you will:

  • Guide clients in developing personalized financial plans to reach long-term goals.
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments to identify client priorities and gaps.
  • Recommend appropriate financial products and strategies based on client needs.
  • Educate clients on investment strategies, risk management, and financial planning basics.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through regular, trust-based communication.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design solutions for complex client challenges.
  • Track client progress and update plans to keep clients on track toward goals.

Qualifications

Required skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess financial situations and build plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client conversations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively on a team.
  • Eagerness to learn market trends, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Comfort explaining investment concepts and risk-management in plain language.
  • Ability to track and report client progress using CRM or similar tools.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Internship or academic project experience in financial services or advising.
  • Licenses or coursework related to investments, insurance, or financial planning.

Compensation & benefits

  • Base compensation structure: commission-driven, uncapped earnings.
  • Salary range (reported): $50,000 - $150,000 yearly (commission + production; actual earnings vary by performance and territory).
