What You’ll Do
- Engage with clients to understand financial goals and provide personalized advice.
- Develop comprehensive financial plans that align with clients’ needs and aspirations.
- Educate clients on insurance, retirement, investment products, and other financial options.
- Monitor client progress and recommend plan adjustments as circumstances change.
- Collaborate with colleagues to refine strategies and deliver excellent client service.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory updates to ensure compliant advice.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related analytical field required.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63/66 licenses are a plus but not required for entry.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel), CRM systems, financial planning software, and Google Suite is desired.
- Working knowledge of financial products and basic financial planning concepts.
- Strong math, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not mandatory.
- Eagerness to learn, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts to diverse clients.
