What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry‑Level Financial Advisor to build relationships with individuals, professionals, and small to mid-sized businesses in the Lansing, MI area. This is an early‑career role with full training, mentorship, and FINRA licensing sponsorship.
- Analyze client financial information to help develop customized strategies aligned with their goals
- Use technology and data‑driven insights to prepare for client meetings and support meaningful financial conversations
- Participate in a comprehensive training and onboarding program, including mentorship from experienced advisors
- Partner with leadership and senior advisors to strengthen technical skills and client service capabilities
- Provide ongoing service and support while building and maintaining a book of business
- Use AI‑powered prospecting and business development tools to identify potential clients and referral opportunities

Compensation
- $76,000 at plan earnings (as listed in the job posting)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, account management, recruiting, retail leadership, or other relationship‑focused roles preferred
- Interest in financial planning, wealth management, and helping clients achieve financial goals
- Self‑motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations (sponsorship provided)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and develop long‑term professional relationships
