What You’ll Do
Begin your career in financial services through a structured development program designed to prepare you for long-term success as a Financial Advisor. No prior advisory experience is required — training, mentorship, and licensing sponsorship are provided.
- Complete a structured training program focused on financial planning, business development, and client relationship management
- Deliver ongoing service and support while building trust and expanding your professional network
- Analyze client financial information to develop customized strategies aligned with client goals
- Build and grow a client base by networking, referrals, and targeted prospecting
- Use AI-powered prospecting and engagement tools to identify potential clients and uncover opportunities in the small and mid-sized business market

Compensation: $76,000 at plan earnings (plan-based compensation; actual pay may vary with performance and role structure).
Who We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and professional relationships
- Strong initiative, coachability, and a desire to develop a client-facing advisory practice
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations (sponsorship provided)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and client-facing professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications or equivalent professional experience is preferred
