Role overview

This is an entry-level finance opportunity based in Boston, MA. These are contract / temp-to-perm roles supporting operational teams within a global investment-management client. Positions are hybrid (typically 2–3 days per week in the office) and include in-depth training — no prior full-time experience required. These roles are NOT sales positions.

What you’ll do

• Provide operational support across functions such as:
  • trade support and trade processing
  • client services
  • accounting and general operations
• Learn processes and systems through structured on-the-job training
• Execute day-to-day transactional and reconciliation tasks with attention to accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to support process improvements and timely issue resolution

Who we’re looking for

• Recent or soon-to-be college graduates with a bachelor’s degree in a finance-related discipline (Business Administration/Management, Investment Banking, Investment Management, Accounting, Business/Data Analysis, Project Management, Economics, or similar)
• Financial internships or related experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn financial operations
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid team environment
• Willingness to work on contract initially with potential to convert to a permanent role
