Position Overview
Confidential Client is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Field Safety Specialist in Raleigh, NC. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career safety professional who wants to gain hands-on occupational safety and health experience in the field while working alongside experienced safety professionals.

- Location: Raleigh, NC — role requires travel within the Triangle area and may involve occasional night and weekend hours
What You’ll Do / Responsibilities
You will support field safety activities for our clients and help build a strong safety culture on job sites.
- Conduct and assist with jobsite safety inspections and observations
- Identify, document, and communicate potential hazards
- Interact regularly with field personnel, supervisors, subcontractors, and project leadership
- Explain safety requirements in a practical, approachable manner
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety meetings, orientations, and basic safety training
- Support Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), pre-task planning, and other safety planning activities
- Review work activities for compliance with company policies and applicable safety requirements
- Prepare inspection reports, observations, and corrective-action documentation
- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation
- Learn to interpret and apply OSHA standards and other applicable requirements
- Work alongside experienced safety professionals to develop practical field knowledge
Qualifications
Candidates should have one of the following:
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health and Safety, Safety Management, or a related field
- Equivalent safety education, coursework, or professional development
