About the Role & Confidential Client
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Field Operations Associate to support recruiting and onboarding operations. This role focuses on ensuring a smooth candidate experience by managing onboarding paperwork, tracking contractor compliance, and supporting front-desk and administrative functions in an HR & Recruitment environment.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents are kept current and validated with Compliance teams
- Manage onboarding packets (authorization forms, drug tests, background checks) and update the Candidate Tracker until contractors are cleared to start
- Enter and manage background checks, drug testing, and medical screening records for contractors
- Monitor contractor compliance with E-Verify-related documentation and follow up on expired or missing items
- Provide front-office customer service (phone and reception) and deliver a high-quality candidate experience
- Order, organize and maintain office supplies, process mail/shipments, and keep physical and electronic files and office directories up to date
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks to improve operational workflow and candidate throughput
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $20.19 per hour
- Performance-based annual bonus potential: up to $4,000

Compensation offered will depend on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Customer- or sales-focused experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail, especially with compliance and documentation
- Good verbal and written communication skills and professional phone demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information
- Ability to pass required background checks, drug screens, and any client-specific clearances
Workplace & Schedule
- Employment type: Full-time, on-site
- Location: Cordova, TN (must be able to reliably commute to the office)
- This role requires regular office hours and in-person collaboration with Recruiting and Compliance teams
