What You’ll Do
Entry Level Field Engineer in Muskogee, OK — support day-to-day construction operations on active project sites and act as a link between field crews and project leadership.
- Assist with daily field coordination activities
- Monitor project progress and site productivity
- Support safety and quality initiatives
- Coordinate subcontractor activities
- Track project issues and resolutions
- Maintain project records and field reports
Who We’re Looking For
Candidates should be safety-focused, organized, and ready to learn on-site. This is an entry-level role suited to recent graduates or those with early construction experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- Previous construction experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
- Knowledge of construction safety practices
Compensation
- Salary: $69,999 – $75,000 per year
- Competitive pay aligned with local market for construction field roles

Location & Schedule
- On-site position based in Muskogee, OK. You will primarily work on project sites in the region.
- Some travel between project locations may be required.
- Full-time schedule; hours align with project needs and site schedules.
