Summary
Confidential Client is hiring entry-level to experienced classroom teachers for the 2026–27 school year. This is an in-person K-12 classroom role focused on high expectations, strong instructional routines, and student growth. What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities
Lesson Planning & Instruction
- Study and implement lesson plans aligned to curriculum standards.
- Use varied instructional strategies and classroom technologies to boost learning.
- Teach and manage classrooms of 20+ scholars with consistent routines.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations.
- Provide timely, actionable feedback to support student growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance.
Classroom Management
- Establish and maintain classroom rules and procedures to support a productive learning environment.
Communication & Collaboration
- Communicate regularly with students, families, and guardians about progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to support student success.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed before your first day of work.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for student development and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in person in New York City / the surrounding area.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Range: $65,000—$75,000 USD (exact pay varies by experience and role)
