About the Role
Confidential Client is hiring entry-level to experienced K-12 teachers for the 2026–27 school year. This role places passionate educators in a fast-paced, high-expectations public charter school environment serving students from historically underserved communities. You will receive extensive training, a proven curriculum, and ongoing coaching — prior classroom experience is helpful but not required.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver daily lessons aligned to the provided curriculum and standards.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies and classroom technology to engage students.
- Manage a classroom of roughly 20+ scholars, maintaining a safe and productive learning environment.
- Assess student progress with assignments, tests, and observations; provide timely feedback.
- Keep accurate records of student performance and growth.
- Communicate regularly with students’ families and collaborate with teachers, staff, and school leaders.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, coaching cycles, and school-wide initiatives.
- Grow into leadership opportunities (grade leader, assistant principal track, or network office) as available.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed before your first day of work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to student learning and equity.
- Ability to work in person in New York City.
- Note: Teaching certification and graduate degrees are not required for this role.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Range: $65,000—$75,000 USD (exact offer based on experience and role)
