Overview
Confidential Client is hiring Entry-Level to Experienced Teachers for founding classrooms in Hollywood, FL. This full-time K-12 classroom role welcomes candidates from varied backgrounds — you do not need prior classroom experience or teaching certification. What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is building a high-expectations, joyful classroom culture. As a teacher you will:
- Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction that drives mastery.
- Deeply study curriculum materials, complete course work, and model content knowledge.
- Lead and manage a classroom of 25+ students, establishing clear routines and expectations.
- Regularly analyze student work and assessment data to inform instruction and accelerate learning.
- Communicate productively with families to engage them in students’ academic and behavioral progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues, accept coaching, and apply feedback to improve outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed before your first day of work.
- Fluency in English required; bilingual fluency in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole preferred.
- Ability to work in person in Hollywood, Florida.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated commitment to student growth.
- Teaching certification and advanced degrees are not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Reported base compensation: $55,000 (exact pay may vary by experience). An estimated annual figure shown for similar postings: $60,880 (estimated).
