What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring full-time teachers for the upcoming school year. You’ll deliver classroom instruction, manage scholar behavior, assess academic progress, and collaborate with colleagues and families to help every student reach their potential.

• Plan and deliver lessons that align to the provided curriculum and standards.
• Use varied instructional strategies and classroom technology to engage students.
• Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars, maintaining routines and high expectations.
• Assess student learning through assignments, quizzes, observations, and formative checks.
• Provide timely, actionable feedback and maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Communicate regularly with families and guardians about academic and behavioral updates.
• Collaborate with grade teams, school leaders, and support staff to support scholar growth.
• Participate in coaching, professional development, and data-driven planning cycles.

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree completed before your first day of work.
• Ability to work in person in Great Neck, NY (this position is not remote).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for student learning and commitment to equity for all scholars.

Compensation & Benefits

Exact compensation will vary with experience.

• Compensation range: $65,000—$75,000 USD per year.
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage effective from day one (employer contribution varies by plan).
• $50/month cellphone stipend.
