What You’ll Do

• Plan and deliver daily lessons aligned to curriculum standards using a variety of instructional strategies and classroom technologies.
• Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars, maintaining high expectations, routines, and a positive learning culture.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations; provide timely, actionable feedback.
• Keep accurate records of student performance and use data to tailor instruction.
• Communicate regularly with students, families, and colleagues about academic progress and behavioral expectations.
• Collaborate with school staff and administration to support student success and school goals.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed before your first day of work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for learning and commitment to student development.
• Ability to work in person in Bronxville / New York City area.
• Teaching certification or a master’s degree is NOT required for this role.
• Resilience, coachability, and a commitment to high expectations for every student.

• Competitive base pay: $65,000—$75,000 USD (exact compensation varies by experience).
